Indications:

          Listed in Dosage.

Contraindications:

          Known hypersensitivity to ketoconazole or to any of the excipients of Nizoral Shampoo.

Special Precautions:

          After prolonged treatment w/ topical corticosteroids. Avoid contact w/ eyes.

Dosage:

         Pityriasis versicolor Treatment: Once daily for 5 days. Prophylaxis: Once daily for 3 days. Seborrhoeic dermatitis & dandruff Treatment: Twice wkly for 2-4 wk. Prophylaxis: Once every 1-2 wk.
