Ifosfamide
Indications:
Chống chỉ định:
Severe bone marrow depression; impaired renal
function; bilateral urinary obstruction, acute infections, acute
hemorrhagic cystitis. Pregnancy.
Liều dùng:
In case of fractionated application (short
infusion), a total dose of 250-300 mg/kg/course should be aimed at.
Usual schedule: 50-60 mg/kg IV daily for 5 consecutive days.
Therapy-resistant cases: 80 mg/kg daily for 2-3 consecutive days. Also
