Contents:

          Tobramycin 0.3%, dexamethasone 0.1%.

Indications:

          Steroid-responsive inflammatory ocular condition for which a corticosteroid is indicated & where bacterial infection or risk of bacterial ocular infection exists.

Contraindications:

          Epithelial herpes simplex keratitis (dendritic keratitis), vaccinia, varicella & many other viral diseases of the cornea & conjunctiva. Mycobacterial eye infection. Fungal diseases of ocular structures. After uncomplicated removal of a corneal foreign body.

Special Precautions:

          Long-term use. Pregnancy, lactation.

Dosage:

          Eye susp 1-2 drops 4-6 hrly. During the initial 24-48 hr, dosage may be increased to 1-2 drops 2 hrly. Oint Apply approx 1/2 inch ribbon up to tds-qds or use at bedtime in conjunction w/ eye susp.
