Contents:

          Loratadine 5 mg, pseudoephedrine sulfate 120 mg

Indications:

          Relief of symptoms associated w/ allergic rhinitis & common cold including nasal congestion, sneezing, rhinorrhea, pruritus & lacrimation.

Contraindications:

          Hypersensitivity to adrenergic agents or to other drugs of similar chemical structure. Patients receiving MAOI therapy or w/in 14 days of discontinuing such treatment. Narrow-angle glaucoma, urinary retention, severe HTN or CAD; hyperthyroidism.

Special Precautions:

          Glaucoma, stenosing peptic ulcer, pyloroduodenal obstruction, prostatic hypertrophy or bladder neck obstruction, CV disease, increased IOP or DM. Patients on digitalis therapy. Severe liver impairment. Avoid high doses & abrupt w/drawal of treatment. Pregnancy & lactation. Childn ≤12 yr. Elderly (≥60 yr).

Dosage:

          Adult & childn ≥12 yr 1 repetab bd.
