Dosage: HTN 5 mg once daily which may be increased to a max dose of 10 mg once daily. Chronic stable or vasospastic angina 5-10 mg. In combination w/ other antihypertensive agents Initial dose of 2.5 mg once daily.

Special Precautions: Increased angina & MI. CHF. β-blocker w/drawal.

Adverse Drug Reactions: Headache & oedema. Dizziness, flushing, palpitation.
